C-Labs does not collect any personally identifiable information. All data is stored on local devices owned by the customer. The "cloud relays" located on Sites relay the information from these local devices to each customer's own mobile devices and do not persistently store any data. No data is stored in the cloud except for short-term caching purposes (typically, under 3 seconds).
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's servers and stored on your device. Each web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. C-Labs and it's Home-Relay product do NOT use any cookies other than neutral session tokens that do not contain any personal identifiable information. This cookie is not persistently stored on your device and is only valid for the session of the browser.
